Administrative Customer Service Representative

What are we looking for in our Customer Service Representative ?

PrideNow is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Freeport, NY.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hr.

Responsibilities
Typing in details of vendor interactions into our system, and other systems as well.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Must having invoicing experience who has handled customer service. 
Answer incoming calls from business and residential customers.
Enter basic orders into computer system.
Assist customers with problem resolution including accurate input of information.
Accurately enter customer setup information in computer system.
Maintain professional working environment.
Display self-discipline and self-confidence.
Show respect for our customers and fellow employees.
Other duties as assigned.
Handle inbound and make outbound calls.
 
Skills
Must type at least 40 wpm.
Experience answering high volume of inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Six months of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school degree

Rate/Salary: $21-$23
