What are we looking for in our Checker- Orlando Florida?

PrideNow is hiring for Order Checkers for one of our clients in Orlando, FL. 

Job Type: Contract to Hire / Temp to perm
Work Schedule: Start time of either 10am or 1pm, work anywhere from 8-11 hours a day based on how much work gets done during the shift.
Pay range: $15-16/hr. 

Job Description:

Important Info: Warehouse is not temp controlled

Equipment & Exp: Warehouse experience, the checker will go over pick sheet and ensure products on pallet match the pick sheet quantity wise

Job Duties:

• Ensure items being picked have the correct quantity and description.
• Verify routes and stop numbers are inputted correctly.
• Verification of routes picked by warehouse associates to ensure accuracy of items in the orders requested.
• Ensuring Pallets are correctly wrapped
• Correct errors on all orders
• Complete shipping documents correctly and any errors are inputted into our log.

Requirements:

• Capable of walking, standing during shift hours
• Receiving experience within a warehouse/distribution environment
• Prior experience in a food distribution environment (1-2 years).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
