PrideNow is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers! This is a temp-to-hire position for our food distribution client in Palmer, MA.

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-730pm with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Order Pickers will select merchandise from shelves and prepare items for shipping in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience with correct products.
• Utilize order sheets to pick products, and place and arrange merchandise in specific pallets.
• Locate and count product currently aiming to report shortages.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with safety a priority.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to pick orders accurately.
• Ride-along electric jack experience is a must.

Requirements:

• Lifting to 50lbs consistently
• Prior experience picking orders in a food distribution environment (1-2 years).
• Warehouse experience
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Job requires lifting and frequent standing and walking
• Experience with Electric Pallet Jack and Hilo is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed during the week
