Distribution Warehouse Picker

What are we looking for in our Warehouse Picker?

PrideNow is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers with Electric Pallet Jack experience for our client in Orlando, FL. This is a temp to hire position. 


Pay: $16/hr. - after successful completion of probationary period, if hired on as a FTE you will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan which is based on pieces/cases picked per hour 


Shift: Sun-Thur with a staggered start time of either 8am or 10am, work day can be anywhere from 8-12 hours based on the work load

Job Duties:

• Order Pickers will select merchandise from shelves and prepare items for shipping to deliver an outstanding customer experience with correct products.
• Utilize order sheets to pick products, and place and arrange merchandise in specific pallets.
• Locate and count product currently aiming to report shortages.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with safety a priority.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to pick orders accurately.
• Ride-along electric jack experience is a must.

Requirements:

• Lifting to 50lbs consistently
• Prior experience picking orders manually in a food distribution environment (1-2 years).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Job requires lifting and frequent standing and walking
• Must have experience with a pallet jack
