Duration: April, 2025 – November, 2025
Pay Rate: $15-17.86/hour DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support facility operations. This role ensures that building maintenance, vendor support, inventory management, and site inspections are completed efficiently. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with various teams to maintain a high standard of workplace conditions and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Address maintenance, custodial, and life safety issues in a timely manner.

Oversee vendor support and escort services.

Maintain supplier records and manage inventory.

Ensure quarterly maintenance of UPS systems.

Monitor conference room maintenance, scheduling, and usage.

Perform daily inspections of MDF rooms and record temperature readings.

Inspect AVCN systems in conference rooms.

Ensure the lobby area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.

Respond to email requests for building maintenance and general inquiries in a timely manner.

Support additional facilities-related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced office setting or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong decision-making skills based on analysis, experience, and operational needs.

High level of customer service focus and operational excellence.
