Job Summary:
PrideNow is currently seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team in Secaucus, NJ. The Sign Installer will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining various signs, including outdoor and indoor signs, billboards, and digital displays. The ideal candidate will have a background in sign installation, electrical work, or construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and removing advertising banners on light poles in and around the NYC metro areas and boroughs.
• Accurately record and report all install/removal information prior to the end of each shift. Job is performed 100% outside all year.
• Applicant must possess a current driver’s license.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend or crawl.
• The employee is required to work out of a bucket truck at least 30 ft high.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces.
• Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
