PrideNow is hiring for Driver Coordinator for one of our clients in Palmer, MA.

Pay range: $17-19/hr.
Work Schedule/Hours: 11am - 7:30pm or until the invoicing process is complete. Okay to work past 7:30 if needed.

Job Description:

Need settlement experience!

The role is for checking in drivers, drivers, and settlements & credits, cleaning invoices, printing invoices and credits for pickup, preparing driver bags, etc.

Job Duties:

• Efficiently and accurately input orders and account information into the system on a timely basis.
• Process MPC price (Manual Price change) after approval
• Answer calls and resolve issues for sales and retail customers with sales, pricing, office, logistics, drivers and warehouse
• Update recap report, send emails and communicate with brokers on reships
• Compile and sort order, agent and account information and establish entry priorities
• Review and verify entered data for deficiencies or errors, correct errors and check for accuracy
• Update recap report, send emails and communicate with brokers on reships
• Assist with maintaining efficient operation by following policies, procedures and report changes
• Protect company operations by keeping order, agent, commission and other company information confidential
• Assist Customers and Sales Rep regarding Orders: Including shipping date changes, short shipped items, invoice errors, products inventory, and any other inquires that come up
• Purchase orders from each customer or salesperson and accurately input them into a computer database.
• Create strong customer relationships and provide quality customer service

Skills/Capabilities/Requirements:

• High school diploma and experience in customer service and order entry environment or any combination of education and experience may be considered
• Accurate entry into various systems including Microsoft Excel
• Business writing
• Professionalism
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Willing to work fully onsite
