PrideNow is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Production Leads for our food manufacturing client in Piscataway, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone with food manufacturing experience and some lead experience looking to take the next step in their career! Candidates should have experience within food manufacturing, ability to work overtime and be bilingual English/Spanish. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

2nd Shift : 12pm to 11:30pm Sunday & 3pm-11:30pm Monday to Thursday

3rd Shift: 10pm -7:30 am Sunday through Thursday & Saturdays (until further notice)

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring high efficiency, product quality, and compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during the 2nd shift or 3rd shift
• Monitor production metrics and adjust operations to meet goals.
• Ensure proper training and development of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and food safety standards.
• Assist in resolving production-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory logs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, with some leadership experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage teams, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure
• Experience working on 2nd or 3rd shift, including flexibility to work weekends and overtime

Rate/Salary: $22/hr.
